Is there a deposit requirement for booking?
Yes, there is a $50 REFUNDABLE deposit due within 24 hours of the client receiving their contract to secure the clients desired date and package of choice. After 24 hours, the date and package will be available for booking to anyone else who wishes to inquire that date.
Do you set up outdoors?
Yes, soft play is outdoor friendly. However clients will need to ensure that they have a backup plan in the event of bad weather. (chance rain in the forecast or winds greater than 15 mph)
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
The clients initial deposit will be refunded as long as the event is canceled 14 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the deposit. The client may reschedule for another date as long as the new date is available.
Do you travel?
We provide services to the Permian Basin and its surrounding areas. Events located outside Ector County may be subjected to a travel fee based on the location.
